Tokyo Game Show (TGS) is known as Asia's biggest annual game convention.
Although it mainly focuses on Japanese game developers, this expo is also used by International developers to showcase their products and upcoming releases.
This year, TGS was held from the 20th to the 23rd of September 2018. The four-day long convention took place in the International Conference Halls, Chiba Perfecture, Japan.
Over the course of four days, the halls were packed by almost 300.000 attendees and thousands of game developers.
Melon Gaming. is honored to be able to represent BEKRAF (Badan Ekonomi Kreatif) and AGI (Asosiasi Game Indonesia) to attend this prestigious event this year.
We were chosen as one of the seven Indonesian representatives to help bring Indonesian game developers to the global platform.
On this event, we managed to garner people's attention through our open-source and lightweight game engine, Melon JS , and we were able to attract thousands of people by showcasing our existing and upcoming games, such as Garden Invasion, Slip Master, and Sushi Sekai.
There, we also got to meet game enthusiasts and global publishers from all over the world.
So, through this event, we were able to introduce and promote our products to a wider, international audience.
