    MELON has tried to and will continue to try to make it as easy as possible for you to control your information.

    You can send us a written request at any time to confirm, correct, or delete any other personal information that MELON holds which cannot be confirmed directly on the App. Upon verification of your identity,MELON will respond to your request within a reasonable period of time in accordance with relevant law.

  6. User Generated Contents: About Information You Upload

    Please note that, in the course of using our Service, information you registered with us (such as profile name or pictures) or statistical data (such as your scores, rankings and achievements) may be viewed by other users.

  7. Does LINE Use Third-Party Modules?

    MELON uses advertising agencies to place advertisements in other media. To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, we may install third-party modules within the smartphone versions of the Service. The Ads wont have any mature content.

  8. Children

    We encourage parents and guardians to teach their children about privacy and how their information may be used on the Internet. Children should never disclose their name, address or phone number, or any personal information, without their parents’ or guardian's prior permission. We consider a user to be a child if they are under the age of 13, unless more stringent regulation applies in their state of residence. If we consider that any of our Services are directed at users under the minimum legal age required in their country of residence, we can block such users from using the Services or from providing information and/or limit the collection of information from such users as described below in more detail. No personal information should be submitted to Melon by users under the minimum legal age required in their state of residence.     display their real name or any information in the games access the chat, leaderboard, forums, SNS (Facebook, Game Center, etc.) subscribe to newsletters use any other feature where users could appear under their real names With respect to such a user, we will prevent the collection and use of their precise geolocation data and display to them contextual advertising only (excluding any behavioral advertising).

  9. How Long Does LINE Keep My Information?

    We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
